This book by famous TED Talk speaker 'Simon Sinek is appreciated by millions of people around the globe. START WITH WHY asks the reader the questions: why are some people and organizations more innovative, more influential, and more profitable than others?
Human action is driven by a complex interplay of biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors. At the most fundamental level, human behavior is motivated by a basic set of physiological needs such as hunger and thirst. However, our actions are also influenced by higher-level needs such as the need for safety, belonging, esteem, and self-actualization.
Ultimately, human action is a product of both nature and nurture.
Simon Sinek in the book asks the readers to focus on the impact of assumptions on our actions and the importance of looking at the bigger picture to drive long-term results. Author suggests that there are two types of leaders: those who manipulate to get to the end result, and those who start with the end result in mind and let everything else naturally fall into place. The former are focused on short-term gains and may be willing to compromise on values or take shortcuts to achieve their goals. The latter are focused on long-term success and are guided by a strong sense of purpose and values.
By starting with "why" - the purpose, values, and beliefs that drive an organization or individual - leaders can inspire others and create a sense of meaning and direction that goes beyond short-term gains. This approach is particularly important in today's complex and rapidly changing world, where the ability to adapt and innovate is essential for long-term success.

The book could be more condensed but still recommend it to understand the concepts of getting to the bottom of everything through why
